Ordering from the website was effortless. Because I had ordered the Designer’s Choice arrangement, I had no clue as to what my daughter might receive. But, the florist sent a text message with a photo of the exact arrangement that would be delivered to her house, and it exceeded my expectations! My daughter was very pleased, as well, telling me that the arrangement really “brightened (her) morning”! Thank you for a job well done!

I wasn't sure what to order for my niece who opened a new office, so I left it up to the designer. It turned out wonderful! The designer texted me a photo of the arrangement before they delivered it, which was a very nice touch! My niece was thrilled with the bouquet!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Bloom Luxury Box is a local florist proudly serving Annapolis, Maryland, and surrounding areas. We are committed to delivering every floral arrangement fresh, beautiful, and with care.
Annapolis Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 3:00 PM, subject to availability and delivery capacity.
Surrounding Areas We deliver to select locations throughout Anne Arundel County, the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area, and nearby communities where reliable hand delivery is available. Same-day orders outside Annapolis must generally be placed by 2:00 PM and are subject to availability.
Delivery Fees A delivery fee applies based on the delivery location and distance. Timed, guaranteed-time, or preferred early deliveries may require an additional fee.
Missed or No-One-Home Deliveries We will make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave the flowers in a safe and appropriate location, leave them with a receptionist, concierge, or neighbor when appropriate, or contact the recipient or customer for further instructions.
Delivery Times & Delays We work hard to ensure every order arrives fresh and on time. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or unusually high delivery volume.
During major floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise confirmed by Bloom Luxury Box.
Delivery Area & Policy Changes Our delivery zones, cutoff times, fees, and availability may change based on staffing, delivery capacity, seasonal demand, and business needs.
Bloom Luxury Box reserves the right to modify this delivery policy at its discretion.
